The building interior – Pre-Purchase Building Inspection:
Our experienced inspectors attend the location of your property and conduct a thorough inspection of all interior spaces of the building.
They thoroughly check all bedrooms, hallways and living areas for defects. So this includes the floors, walls and ceilings, timber trims, windows and doors as well as joinery andcupboards.
Our inspectors check wet areas including; bathrooms, kitchens, and the laundry for the age and condition of the hot water service. Evidence of leaking shower recess and/or wet areas are also assessed along with defects in sanitary fixtures.
The building exterior – Pre-Purchase Building Inspection:
Our on-site pre-purchase building inspection includes a thorough inspection of all exterior areas and surfaces of the building and its immediate surrounds on the property.
We check the building exterior for cracks and other defects. Our inspectors also assess windows and doors, balconies / verandas, decks and other timber structures for structural adequacy, wood rot and other defects.
The Pre-Purchase Building Inspection Report contains a summary of notable items. We may include photographs in the report because then you can easily see problems that need to be addressed.
